Integrations and pharmacy
Connect the OnlyScripts pharmacy account, switch on the lab connectors you use, and reach the tools that make prescribing and lab ordering work.
This is the page that connects your network to the outside world — the pharmacies that dispense, the labs that run panels, and the tools your providers launch. Nothing about client relationships lives here.
Questions people ask about this page
The pharmacy list is blurred behind a panel. What now?
That is the setup overlay: Finish OnlyScripts setup — Pharmacy options stay hidden until the available setup items are complete. Click Connect OnlyScripts account and paste the API key. Until you do, the pharmacies you can see are inert: prescribing through them will not work and the Formulary page stays hidden.
Why are pharmacy rows read-only?
Because Pharmacy access is managed in OnlyScripts and shown here as read-only. Which pharmacies your network may use is decided in OnlyScripts, not in GEN Health. Rows managed by OnlyScripts show a fixed Active or Disabled badge instead of a switch.
I am looking for a client relationship. Is it here?
No. Client links live on Clients (/clients). Integrations is only for external services.
A section is empty. Can I add something to it?
No. Empty sections read These are set up by GEN Health and will appear here when available. A tenant cannot create an integration; GEN Health provisions them against your agreement.
What does the coverage badge on a pharmacy mean?
All 50 states in green means it ships everywhere. {n}/50 states in amber means it does not — hover it and the tooltip reads Does not ship to: followed by the excluded states. A patient in an excluded state cannot be filled by that pharmacy.
Can a Provider change anything here?
No. Providers and Provider Delegates get the same page read-only. The one thing a Provider gets that an admin does not is the Google Calendar row at the top of Tools, and — once enrolled — Open ScriptSure on the ScriptSure row.
Where do I enter a pharmacy's own credentials?
On the pharmacy row, click Pharmacy credentials. The dialog is {Pharmacy} credentials — Enter the pharmacy-specific values required by OnlyScripts. Complete only the labelled fields; a saved secret shows as ••••••••.
Is it safe to paste an API key here?
Yes — the field is a password field and the value is stored as a secret. What is never safe is pasting a key into a message, a note, a screenshot, or a support ticket. If a key may have been seen, rotate it in OnlyScripts and re-enter the new one.

Each row carries a name, a one-line description (fallback No description added.), a status badge or an enable switch, and its own buttons. While the page loads, each section's description reads Loading integrations.
How to connect the pharmacy account
Do this before anything that involves prescribing. It is the single prerequisite that most other pages depend on.
Open the page
Click Integrations in the left menu.
Find the overlay
The Pharmacies section is blurred behind a panel headed Finish OnlyScripts setup — Pharmacy options stay hidden until the available setup items are complete.
Open the key dialog
Click Connect OnlyScripts account. You can also reach it from the italic OnlyScripts account line in the section header.
Paste the key
The field is labelled OnlyScripts API Key with placeholder Enter OnlyScripts API key. It is a password field, so the value is masked as you type.
Save and confirm
Save the dialog. The overlay lifts, the pharmacy list becomes usable, and a check icon appears beside OnlyScripts account in the section header.
Complete per-pharmacy credentials
Some pharmacies need their own values. Click Pharmacy credentials on the row and fill the labelled fields. Toast: Pharmacy credentials saved. A saved secret shows as ••••••••; the warning This saved field will be cleared on save. means you are about to blank one.
Check coverage
Read the coverage badge on each row. All 50 states is full coverage; {n}/50 states is not, and the tooltip lists what it excludes.
Confirm Formulary appeared
Reload the app. Formulary should now be in the left menu. If it is not, the OnlyScripts connection has not landed — the nav check is cached for 24 hours, so reload rather than assuming.
How to switch on a lab connector
Scroll to Labs
The section heading is Labs.
Enable only what you have agreed
Each row has a switch, with aria label Enable {name} when off and Disable {name} when on. Switch on the connector named in your agreement and no others.
Check its configuration
A Junction-backed connector shows derived states: Configured or Incomplete for management credentials, Available or Not loaded for the data pull, Ready or Missing defaults for continuous queries, and Enabled or Disabled for the primary webhook. Incomplete shows a banner listing the Missing Management fields.
Confirm the panels arrived
Open Labs in the left menu. Panels for that connector should be listed. If the page says No enabled lab integrations, the connector is not actually on.
Tasso only: sync
A Tasso row carries a Sync labs button, disabled until credentials exist. Access Labs and Tasso have no status badges at all.
How to reach the tools
Set up e-prescribing
In Tools, find the ScriptSure row. Its switch must be on. Then click Set up — it reads Manage setup once a practice exists, with a green Practice connected badge beside it. The full flow is in ScriptSure e-prescribing. Deep link: /integrations?scriptsure_setup=1.
Providers: connect a calendar
A Provider sees Google Calendar at the top of Tools with Connect Google Calendar, and later Reconnect and Disconnect. Once connected, Check busy time on selects which calendars block availability. Admins do not see this row.
Read an integration's logs
Where a row offers logs, the dialog is {Integration} Logs — Outgoing API requests, incoming webhooks, and recorded responses for this integration. Columns Endpoint, Method, Status; select a row to see Request and Response.
Do not go looking for Add integration
Add Integration, Rollout, Edit integration, and Archive integration belong to the Super Admin catalogue and are not rendered for a provider network.

Two things that also gate ordering are not on this page. A platform billing card is required before paid lab orders leave the building — see the banner on Labs. And a patient payment processor is set on Billing, not here.
